All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at memoriesmagnetized@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Non-Refund Policy
At Memories Magnetized, we take pride in creating custom photo magnets that capture and preserve your cherished memories. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have established the following non-refund policy:
1. All orders placed with Memories Magnetized are custom-made according to the specifications provided by the customer. As such, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.
2. Please review your order details, including photos, text, and any other customization options, before finalizing your purchase. Memories Magnetized is not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer. We encourage you to double-check all details to ensure your order is accurate.
3. Our team works diligently to produce high-quality photo magnets. In the rare event that there is an issue with the quality of your order due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will review the issue and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
4. While we strive to ensure timely and safe delivery of all orders, Memories Magnetized is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused by shipping carriers. We recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.
5. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any reason related to a change of mind after the order has been placed.
6. Orders can only be canceled if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that production has not yet started. After this period, cancellations are not permitted, and the order will proceed as planned.
